i took tetanus vaccine 2 yrs ago but didnt complete the dose after taing 3 doses. i am presently six months pregnant and have taken another 2 dozes; the first one @5mths and another one 4wks later, what is the implication on my unborn child and myself

No harm to you as well as to your baby. You already completed course of vaccine previously and you had 2 doses in pregnancy, so u are fully immune.
