What Is The Impression From My Ultrasound Reports?
I received my results from my ultrasound today it said free fluid in the cul de sac and around the left ovary. Mild thickening of the endometrium 13.77 mm. Also my estradiol level was less than 20. I am 26 yrs old, I have regular periods and no other medical issues

Free fluid in the cul de sac and around the left ovary may be due to pelvic inflammatory disease.You need proper clinical correlation and further investigations.
Endometrial thickness is also mildly increased.It varies with the stage of menstrual cycle. FNAC/Biopsy can be needed after clinical evaluation.
