hello Dr I am 40 yrs old .recently developed the problem of hypertention. last month when i got my test done my cholesterol was 330 triglycerides 721 cholestrol hdl 40 ldl cholestrol 190 glucose fasting 107 uric acid 7.1 protein 8.6 .Dr gave me medicine Olmat-h ,Avas-EZ, Ecosprin-75. now after taking medicine for one month i again got my test done glucose fasting 116 ,s chlostrol 206 ,triglycerinedes 240, VLDL cholesterol 48 , HDL cholesterol 41.6 ,LDL cholestrol 116.4 ,protein 8.6 ,uric acid 7.2.pl guide me

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of both the test reports is as follows:
The level of total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol and triglycerides are elevated in both test reports.
Lipid lowering drug has been prescribed for increased level of cholesterol ,however, the level is still high.
The fasting glucose is also slightly elevated.
The level of uric acid and total proteins is within normal range.
Thus, the cholesterol level is elevated and you need to continue the lipid lowering drugs.
