Hi!
I read carefully your query.
You should not disturb because your problem is a degenerative disease of spine ,very common, not heavy and have two way of treatment:
- Conservative treatment with pain killer when you have pain and when you be well you may do sport like swimming (without gravity), also to consult with rheumatologist, neurologist or orthopedist.
- Surgery is the second way of treatment but you may do that after the first way of treatment does not give any result. For surgery you should consult with neurosurgeon .

Wishing you fast recovery .
