What Is The Irregular Brown Discharge And Cramps?

Hi I'm having very bad pains in my stomach n lower back. I had a period 6 days ago n it was extremely painful. Prior to having the period I took the pill back to back as I was on holiday. Now Im having pains as if I'm on my period and when I wipe myself there is brownish blood... Could you please help
