What Is The Irregular Discharge During Medication For Yeast Infection?

Ok I am taking lo loestrin fe and today I had a discharge and I'm not getting burning during urination but today was the only day I got the discharge and I was told before I had a yeast infection now I don't know if I still have it or not or maybe its from taking the birth control pills please help and I just started takin the birth control pills on Saturday please help me
