What Is The Irregular Red Bleeding After A Miscarriage?

i had an incomplete miscarriage,found out 2/1/11 i should have been 12 weeks pregnant,the scan revealed that the baby had no heart beat and that id miscarried at around 9 weeks.11/1/11 i had the operation to remove everything.i had bleeding for a few wks afterwards,a period in feb which lasted 5 days,stopped for 2 days then started for another 2 days.again this month it has happened again,i had my period 6/3 stopped the 11/3 and have started bleeding again today.the bleeding looks like fresh red blood.my periods were always regular and lasted a total of 7 days before the pregnancy.is this normal what im experiencing?
