Hello,

Your symptoms are indicative of urinary tract infection, viral gastroenteritis, sepsis or underlying medical condition associated with pancreatic, spleen, the left lobe of the liver, and the left side of the colon. You are advised to get clinically examined by a GP and get required blood tests, CBC, urinalysis (R/E and C/S), done. UTI, also cause abdominal pain when there is an overload of infection.

You will be treated with a course of antibiotics like Bactrim DS, if sensitive to Bactrim DS you can be given a course of Cephalexin. You can take pantoprazole, one stat when pain for relief. Take boiled water after cooling, take home made food. Avoid fried, oily, hot junk food. Take care of your hygiene and avoid using public washrooms.

Get overall medical check-up done, get required blood tests done to rule out any underlying medical condition causing the symptoms. Take digestives and liver tonics in case liver dysfunction is detected.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
