Welcome to Healthcare magic
I am Dr Fahim, and I will help you with your problem
I have gone through your question. What I comprehend are, there is a large swelling above left collar bone, for the last 3 weeks. More information is needed for better understanding of the swelling
- How this lump developed, gradual or sudden?
- Any association with trauma?
- Is it painful?
- What is its consistency, soft/firm or hard?
- Whether it is mobile or fixed?
- Any recent history of throat infection?
- Any history of
fever, weight loss?
With available information it appears to be enlarge inferior cervical
lymph nodes. If there is no recent history of throat infection or cough and it is not disappearing with time,You will need an excisional
biopsy of this swelling to be performed by
general surgeon under
local anesthesia and send for histopathological studies to get a definitive diagnosis.
I hope my answer will help, do communicate back with answer of above questions if problem persist. Do rate it if you like it.
