i have an aching tight pain in my right leg, it is now four weeks after my c section, also i had gestational diabeties, ilost a lot of blood during section and have very low iron due to this,worried pain in my leg could be blood clot i am still bleeding from my vagina but blood is brownish slimy texture with clots
