April 2012 symtoms beganw the right hand. By August 2012 my friend was in bed. 2 yrs. later my friend has not gotten out of bed. He has IVIg mnthly. He is 54 yrs. old now; before cidp he was the picture of health. My Q is... how long can someone exist undergoing acute, chronic IDP ?
