What Is The Likelihood Of Complete Recovery From A Leg Bone Infection If I’ve Been Reducing My Ceforomine Dosage?

I have a leg bone infection I had surgery and was put on an IV for six weeks then placed on ceforomine my sedementation rate is 19 and my cpr is 1 as of my second to last visit I was healing and as of my last visit I was told I can cut back on my ceforomine from two pills to one a day what is the likelihood that this healing will produce my complete recovery or does this healing sometimes stop or regress
