What Is The Long Thin Lump In The Armpit?

Hi I have a long thin lump about 2 cm deep in my armpit towards my chest in my right arm which I keep prodding to check and now my armpit aches. Is this normal? I m paranoid it might be lymphoma and have been checking my other armpit which has a similar bump but smaller and now that hurts too

I really appreciate your concern two possibilities are there one is lymph node (Normal one ) and second this could be lipoma in either of this case you need to wait for some time if this goes on changing in size, color, then this need to be clinically examined else no need to worry about this, have a nice day.
