What Is The Loose Skin Hanging From My Vaginal Opening?

I am 16, 5'1.5, 123 pounds and have noticed a few months ago that there is some loose skin hanging from my vaginal opening. It is pink and i can pull on it. It has the resemblance somewhat a small worm. I am really embaressed about it, what could it be?
