What Is The Lump Near The Neck And Ribs?

i am having lump near neck and recently i found another lump near the ribs.i am feeling very bad and i am very affraid of those,bcoz few people are saying that those are symptoms for cancer.is it like tat and can u plz suggest me any nice doctor in pune
