Hi,

Labial bumps can occur due to minor bacterial infections, cysts (fluid filled cavities), folliculitis which is the infection of hair follicles or abscess where collection of pus or due to sexually transmitted infection.

Any history of difficulty in urination, abnormal vaginal discharge should be ruled out. Blood sugar levels should also be checked since diabetes can cause lumps or boils in many patients.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saranya Ramadoss, General & Family Physician
