What Is The Lump On Top Of The Gums?

I've had a root canal a few years ago, and the same tooth is starting to act again I think.
There's a hard lump in the top of my gums, right into my nose it feels like. Should I be concerned right now?
I plan on going to the dentist sometime next week. I'm also only 17!

Since u have already undergone and Root canal treatment ,the swelling may be because of some reinfection.

I would advise u to visit a dentist and take a radiograph to know the exact problem and continue the treatment.
