Hi. My baby is 9 1/2 months and we've found a 3cm lump under his left armpit. We did a ultrasound and they don't know what it is. It's not a cyst or lymph gland either. I'm worried cause my baby is fit and healthy and this lump was a bit of a shock to us. What could it be?
Hi, dear I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. He has some soft tissue tumor like lipoma or some enlarged lymphnode. He should go for fine needle aspiration cytology or biopsy of that lump. It will give you exact diagnosis. Then he should take treatment accordingly. Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
