What Is The Mass Between My Right Testes And My Body?

Hello,
Doing a self examination on my testicles this morning, they feel reasonably ok no pain no abnormal growth etc, but today i noticed another 'body' in between the right testes and my body (not between the testes), that feels like a separate body. What could it be? I have had a vasectomy. it kind of seems to want to 'hide' behind the right testes.

Hi
As per the position you describe, this can be a normal or enlarged epididymis.
If still doubt, it can be cleared only on a clinical examination by an Urologist or on Ultrasonography.
