What Is The Mass Near My Cervix And Bulge And Pain In Vaginal Wall?

I am 22 yr old. I have one child, delivered via c-section Feb 2010. I have been having pain 3 days in lower right pelvic area. During a pelvic examination, a mass was found near the cervix, on my right side, bulging into the vaginal wall. The spot is very tender and sends shooting pain through my ovary when touched. I had an ultrasound today which showed the volume of my left ovary was 17.something ml and the volume of my right ovary was 47.something ml! What could be the cause of the pain and enlargement and what is the usual treatment? Thank you!
