What Is The Meaning Of Faint Nodular Opacities On Apicolordotic View Of The Chest?

Hi, I had a chest pa and its says suspicious densities in the right upper lung field and suggested for apicolorodtic view, I did the apicolordotic view and the result is there are faint nodular opacities in the right upper lung field, the rest of the chest structures are distorted due to positioning. the superior mediastinum is not remarkable. the osseous thoracic cage reveals no significant bony abnormality with conclusion of: Consider inflammatory infiltrates in the right upper lung fields please correlate with other parameters to rule out ptb

hi welcome to HCM
the x ray features u had explained might be because of pulmonary tuberculosis.
i you are having productive cough for 2 weeks r more ,with evening rise of temperature ,night sweats along with loss of appetite and loss of wt.you most probably may have TB
you need to have sputum examination to rule out TB
