good day,sir i receive my ultra sound today,january 14, 2012 ,and it was saying in my certification the prostate glance measures 3.3x3.6x3.5cm with volume of 22gms.no focal nodule seen,high level echoes are seen in the central zone,urinary bladder is distended withanechoic lumen. as the evaluation of the doctors grade 1 prostate gland enlargement with concreations.Sir pls tell me what is the meaning of this.tnx

As long as you are urinating okay then I don't see any problems with your prostate. It is natural for the prostate to grow once you reach the age of 40.
