I JUST HAD A VAGIANAL ULTRASOUND AND IT SAYS THERE IS A HYPOECHOIC MASS RIGHT ADNEXA...3.19CM SUPERIOR INFERIOR...X1.9CM TRANSVERSE X2.22 CM ANTERIOR POSTERIOR...BUT LEFT ADNEXA SHOWS NO ABNORMALITY EMONSTRATED... LEFT OVARY SHOWS PROBABLE CYST...1.6 SUPERIOR INFERIOR, 1.03 CM TRANSVERSE X .099 ANTERIOR POSTERIOR......WHAT DOES THIS MEAN

Thanks for writing to healthcare magic.
right adenexae means the right tube and ovary. The detail of The hypoechoic mass is suggestive of Right ovarian cyst probably as the radiologist has not commented on the right ovary.it can also be an endometriosis cyst in right ovary.
The left ovarian cyst is a follicle most probably which is normal.
As you have not mentioned any other symptoms or reasons for the ultrasound this is the best I can help.
