Hello,
Welcome to HCM
Your CT scan revealed that you are having chronic sinusitis.Which is evident by the mucosal thickening of the paranasal sinuses.
Deviated nasal septum with turbinates are showing that there is deviated nasal septum.
Blocked Antral ostia also indicates that there is chronic sinusitis, leading to thickness of mucosa.
For DNS you may require surgery, it should be confirmed and managed by your surgeon.
Thank You.
