in my mri brain ..the intracranial vessels and dural sinuses display the expected flow void 2 .no midline shift is seen 3 ployp is noted in right maxillary sinus and left posterior ethmoid air cells 4 hyper pneumotisation of frontal sinus noted ..What is meaning of that ..Pls revert

A polyp is a small finger like projection in the air containing cavity beside the nose. This is a harmless condition and requires no surgical treatment if small. Hyper pneumatization of frontal sinus means that the air space in the sinus cavity above the eyes is more than usual but this is not a problem.
