Hello,
The BPD is corresponding to 30.7 weeks while the femur length is indicating 29.7 weeks gestation. This can be considered normal. The AFI or amniotic fluid index is slightly on the lower side. The maturity of the placenta is normal for this stage of pregnancy. Please correlate with the clinical findings. As such, there is no reason to worry, but a watch must be kept on the amniotic fluid level. Please ask your wife to increase intake of fluid, protein and take rest in left lateral position. Regular monitoring is advisable. Hope this helps.
