What Is The Meaning Of Tiredness, Spotting And Missed Period?

hiya about six weeks ago i got fingerd and just recently i been sufering from tiredness , sick a bit not mutch just the once or twice but mot in a morning,spotting, a slight pink or brown-coloured in my underwere but thats was a few weeks back and only a really really slgihtt bit i think iv had a bit of craving for waffels but nt too mutch iv not gone off mutch food either and iv had a stabbing pain just below my stomch i have missed periods in the past but my last period was just before i got fingerd and i havent had one since thats was the 16th of march 2011 i dont feel pregnat but could i be even tho i was only fingerd help me please what shud i do and am i pregnat
