I suffer with asthma and I have been with a cold for 3 days I purchased advil sinus and cold because my nose is severely clogged up.but I cant find the box with directions I took a capsul around 10:30 when is the nextime I can take it .Or should I take the codien cough syrup next time that the dr prescribed I dont like codien
