What Is The Medication For Black Spots On Face And How Can They Be Prevented?

Hi I am 30 years lady. Off late I have noticed many dark or black spots on my face. Is there any medicine to remove them. Also, pls suggest hoe to prevent them in future. For your information I do not use any cosmetic products except sun cros aqua gel

I really appreciate your concern and I would like to say that this could be comedo or more precisely "Blackhead" this is happening due to the follicular locking and this can be removed with the helps of Hydroquinone cream, but confirmation is must, and for that you have to go for clinical examination, have a nice day.
