What Is The Medication For The Burnt Roof Of The Mouth,tongue And Throat?

i burned the roof of my mouth, tongue and my throat. I see white tissue in my throat, it was red hot when the coal burned me. I cant sleep and is difficult to swallow. I had a panic attack when I woke 15 minutes ago thinking it will swell cutting off my oxygen. What do I do. severe pain
