I really appreciate your concern if you are addicted to alcohol since long being then it is likely that your SGPT level would be elevated and there is no medicine available for this that could bring down the SGPT level down you need to really stop the alcohol that is the only best option you have, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
