What Is The Medication To Restore My Hair?

I am losing my hair. I come to know this from last September. I go to a dermatologist and he suggest me "no more 5%" and a BTN PLUS tab daily.. I have also gone through some blood test such as Haemoglobin, Thyroid... Please suggest me what shall i do??
