What Is The Movement I Am Feeling Under My Shoulder?

Hi sir, I have got a movement on my back just under my shoulder. I can feel that something is moving there. I went to my GP so many times and he said there is nothing wrong with me. Whatever is making the movement has definitely revealed some signs of it's presence by a way of a dark lines that are visible on my back. Please advise me...
