What Is The Natural Treatment For High Testosterone, Vitamin D Deficiency And Irregular Periods?

I am an 18 year old girl with hirsutism, irregular menstreul cycles, chronic migraines, eczema, and my hands and feet turn purple. Doctors have done multiple test and the only things that have risen abnormal was slightly high testosterone, vitamin D deficiency, and my thyroid antibodies. If you could recommend any natural treatment specially for the hirsutism, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank You.

Hi,

Natural treatment may not be completely effective for Polycystic ovaries. Kindly visit your physician for further management and restoration of hormonal balance. Ultrasound pelvis, FSH LH hormone ratio, thyroid profile and blood sugar level, body mass index is essential for monitoring treatment. Hypothyroidism should be treated with thyroxine starting with a lower dose of 25mcg.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saranya Ramadoss, General & Family Physician
