What Is The Necessity For RE 7140 And V5859 Tests?

Hi, I just came back frm seeing my Rheumatologist for RA and he is sending me for more blood work-my diagnosis codes re 7140, 7291, E9331 and V5869--I feel terrible and have just had 3 stents put in my Right Coronary Artery-I go to too many doctors-what do you think is the problem?
