What Is The Need Of Taking T.duphaston While A Journey?

mam idont have any obgyn problems;had regular menstration.now iam pregnant 6wks.but planning for an flightjourney and its urgent icannot avoid it.i consulted a doctor she prescribed t.duphaston 10mg bid for 14days.is it safe.. only 3 days remaining for my journey.
