The second reason is the spotting which you had in early pregnancy. Fertigyn contains hormones which support the growing pregnancy. As yours is a high risk pregnancy, please take the injections as prescribed They can be stopped after the first trimester is over. There should be no complications, as the cardiac activity should be visible by now. Still, take rest, avoid stress, intercourse and jerky travelling. Take all medications without skipping.
