What Is The Next Step After A Fib Following Arterial Flutter?

My husband and a cath and ablation for an arterial flutter and the next day an ablation, then weeks following he was in a fib with no symptions and had an arterial conversion and another in few weeks later. On amiodarone and it is giving him nausia, lost 40 lbs. and pas parkinson sypmtions back. 2 years ago he had a dbs in his brain which completely stopped symptons of parkinsons. next step: possible hoppital stay to chang emeds or ablation with pacer? What to do ?

Better go for a permanent pace maker for overdrive pacing if he remains in fast ventricular rhythm or see an Electrophysiologist to ablate the focus.
