What Is The Normal Amount Of Daily Sugar Intake?
Hi I m 13 (almost 14), 5ft 1in, 102 lbs, and a female. I was wondering how much sugar i should have daily because i get headaches from sugar and i don t want to get diabetes (almost all my my aunts or uncles on my dad s side have diabetes, he has 10 siblings).
