What Is The Normal Blood Pressure Level?

Hi Dr. Rynne: I can t afford to see a doctor or pay for meds when I do. I donated a kidney to my brother 17 years ago, my question is what numbers re diastolic and systolic should I be concerned for stroke or heart attack? For example, when either or both numbers exceed 10 pts from 120/80. Thanks for your attention.

Hello, my name is Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi. I understand your concern.
The normal blood pressure level is considered more than 120 over 80 and less than 140 over 90 (120/80-140/90).
Hope my answer was helpful, if you have any other questions I'll be glad to help!
