What Is The Normal Dosage Of Painkillers That Can Be Taken In A Day?

I have been in extreme pain all day and have taken pain medications with acetaminophen in it and also just plain Tylenol. I just added up the dosage and found I have taken a total of 4056mg today. I know the limit is 4g, but I want to know if I should worry. I am 260lbs and 27 years old.
