Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
Liquification time of 30 minutes as mentioned in your semen analysis is normal. According to your semen analysis result you have semen volume of 2.5 ml which is normal. As per motility of sperms, there was no sperm with active anterior motility, 10% were having both side to side motility & sluggish motily & rest 70% of sperms were non motile. Altogethar motility is very less. There was presence of 0-2 Pus cells or WBCs under high power field of microscope, which were not significant. So all together your semen analysis shows that you should be suffering from asthenospermia or low sperm motility. Sperm count was not mentioned in the test report. This could the cause of infertility problem you are facing.
Refer to your physician Hope this information helps
