What Is The Normal Position Of Placenta And How To Achieve It?

In my ultrasound report, it was noted : Placenta Upper Posterior Grade 1.. Im a first time mom.. I dont have so much activities at home.. I don t go out.. I m on my 21 weeks.. What may be the cause of this? Does my sleeping position has effect on it? My going up and down the stairs? How can I avoid this? Please help me..

placenta position is a cause of worry only if it is in lower uterine segment
our do to day activities has no relation to placental position
it is not determined by physical activites
there is nothing to worry
