What Is The Normal Weight Of Baby In 13 Week Pregnancy?

Hi Doc, good afternoon!!!
I'm 33yrs old, i'm pregenant. i had normal scan in 13weeks and the baby weight is just 75gms. is it normal weight or does it create any problem to the baby. what is the correct period to do the Tiffa scan.

Pls respond to me queries.

TIFFA (targeted imaging for fetal anomalies)
The second trimester scan is a routine ultrasound examination (in many countries) that is primarily used to assess fetal anatomy and detect the presence of any fetal anomalies.
The second trimester extends from 13 weeks to 26 weeks .
