What Is The Numbness In My Legs When I Lie Down?

Good Day!, My inquiry is about my left legs down to my feet where i feel numbness when I lying down on bed which i had this feeling for abt 1 month now..I just would like to know what causes or is something wrong with legs. Thanks n have a great day
