What Is The Option For Embryo Potential?

i am42 yrs lady with diffuse adenomyosis of my uterus.my uterus size is 8*6 cm at present,I hav my embryos frozen .Is it feasible to transfer the embryos into my uterus right now?what about the implantation potential?Is it better to opt a surrogate mother to transfer the embryos?

Hi, I think you will have to undergo repeated ultrasound to see the endometrial thickness. You can take estrogen for the growth of endometrium and when it reaches a thickness more than 8.5 mm , you can take 3 or 5 days of progesterone according to the embryos frozen and then transfer can be done. If your endometrium doesn't grow normally and it is very thin or if there is history of recurrent miscarriages, you can opt for a surrogate.
