What Is The Other Medicine For Bone TB Apart From AKT4?

my farther is under the tretment of Bone TB with medicien AKT4 from 3 monts he is finding very difficult when he takes the medicen , he is not feeling ungry he will be always in the sleeping mood he get wild etc, any other trement is there for TB other thatn AKT4 please advice me.
