What Is The Pain And Lump In The Right Side Of My Neck?

hello, Im a 28 year old male, 6 ft tall and 235 weight. Ive been having a very sharp pain in the right front of my neck, and im feeling a lump in my throat when i swallow, ive been to the hospital 3 different times for this problem, it has been going on for 6 months, I had a ct scan with dye done and it came back clear. Any idea what it could be and what i should do next.

Hi, most of the patient's come with similar problem but usually all the investigations will be normal, it is mostly because of cancer phobia, since your scan is normal you don't have to worry, you can undergo upper gi scopy for your satisfaction...
