What Is The Pain And Swelling On My Ribs?

I have pain on the right side of my ribs right underneath my breast. My tissue above my ribs is swollen also. The previous doctors I have spoke with tell me it's either costochondritis or intercostal neuralgia, but I'm not convinced and am looking for a second opinion
