What Is The Pain In Ankle After A Total Knee Replacement?

i had a total knee replacement sept 2, after about two weeks my ankle and foot started hurting with pain shooting up the front of my leg. my knee is bending and straightening. Had thearpy which they even worked on my foot. but the pain is still there every day. what can i do
